Shipping Address

  • Must ship to an address within the United States of America
  • No PO Box, Military, or Diplomatic addresses
  • Enter the shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy
  • We are not responsible for missing or delayed deliveries due to invalid or incorrect address
  • Shipping address corrections:
    • Contact us right away
    • No guarantee that the carrier will be able to reroute
    • If successful, a correction will incur a $25 fee

Discounted Shipping Option

5 Day Standard (Free Shipping)

  • Minimum order: $50
  • Must ship to an address in contiguous 48 states
  • No addresses designated “Remote” by mainstream carriers
  • Pricing appears at checkout once you enter shipping information
  • Must select shipping option in order for the discounted rate to apply

Shipping Estimates

Small or Unpalletized Orders

  • Usually ship within 2 business days of placing the order
  • Shipped with our chosen carrier
  • May arrive as several shipments

Large or Palletized Orders

  • Usually ship within 5 business days of placing the order
  • Ship with our chosen freight service
  • Arrives as a single shipment

Pre-Orders, Special Orders, and Backorders

  • Require additional time to ship
  • We provide shipping estimates on case by case basis

Delivery Estimates

  • Estimates given on the shipping options (like “3-5 Day”) are approximate
  • Actual shipping time is contingent upon:
    • Availability of product
    • Receipt of payment
    • Carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure

Defective or Damaged Shipments

Your Responsibility

  • Defective products must be reported right away, no later than 30 days from original purchase date
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
  • Note visible damage with the carrier to get documentation (report, photos, etc.)
  • Do not file a claim with the carrier, contact us instead
  • Refusal of shipment (or intentional delay or interference with delivery attempts) waives damage or defect claims
  • Claims can only be made against products purchased from this website

Our Commitment

  • We will issue return authorization for defective or damaged goods if the above conditions are met
  • Once verified, we will replace at no cost

Undamaged Goods

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds for undamaged goods are only approved within 30 days of original purchase date
  • In order to qualify, product must be returned and received by us:
    • In original packaging, including unopened box and outer wrapping
    • In a resellable, unaltered condition
    • Undamaged with seals intact

Process for Returns

  • Contact us to request a return form
  • Fill out return form including:
    • Detailed information
    • Supporting documentation
  • Receive a confirmation email with further instructions
    • You are responsible for arranging return and paying return shipping costs
  • Once received, we will evaluate the return to confirm eligibility for refund
  • If approved, we will issue you a refund or store credit (your choice)
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Approved returns incur 20% restocking fee (deducted from refund or store credit before issuance)
  • Refunds and store credits take 5–7 business days from approval to post

We only accept return requests for items purchased from this website. If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.

Account Termination

  • You can close your account any time if you have no outstanding balances due
  • We can suspend or close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Providing false information on an application or otherwise
    • Violation of restrictions outlined in the Terms of Service
    • Period of inactivity
